My journey continued as a freelance web designer, where I discovered my passion for art, photography, branding, and aesthetics. Holding an MA and MFA in writing, I love combining copywriting with visual imagery to create stunning, impactful designs.

FAQ

I’ve been with Midjourney since the spring of 2023, when I used the platform to create images for oracle decks. As the technology continues to advance, I am amazed by its creative possibilities. I was generating so many cool images, and I thought: why not create images for a few specific niches. And voila! A new business was born.

It’s fun to focus on certain moods and color schemes–usually I’ll start there. I like to create a cohesive collection of at least 30 images because people have so many needs for the photos. Variety is the spice of life, after all!

With AI image generation, it’s all about the prompts. Junk in, junk out. That being said, even with a great prompt, sometimes it takes a while to generate images that just have that fashion editorial look I am going for. I am extremely picky and really do my best to curate quality images. All images are upscaled to high resolution with Topaz and then I also import them into Photoshop for other tweaks and adjustments and 300 dpi resolution.

Although you’d never know it based on my personal wardrobe of mostly black shirts and jeans, I do love fashion, and grew up on Harper’s Bazaar, Glamour, Vogue, InStyle Magazines. And I’ve always loved jewelry and makeup. Oh, and home decor, fashionable interiors. I also love most things about French style, so that is also part of my aesthetic. While I like neutrals, I also like the rich colors of autumn.

I love flowers, and I was thinking how there’s few things better than the freshness and unexpected beauty of flower arrangements. You know that feeling you get when you buy yourself or are gifted a beautiful bouquet? That’s the feeling I want people to have when they see the images in each Fleurine Studio collection–that a beautiful breathtaking bouquet of images has been picked just for them.
